Due to severe weather across the Mid North Coast, BreastScreen NSW services have been disrupted.
Update 28 May:
- Mobile screening vans: Screening in Kendall and Laurieton will not go ahead in June 2025. The weather has caused water damage to the mobile van so these visits will be rescheduled to 2026. Women who are due for a breast screen are encouraged to attend the Port Macquarie clinic.
- Screening at Dorrigo and Bellingen will continue as planned.
Update 26 May:
- Port Macquarie clinic: is open for screening.
Services as of 22 May:
- Port Macquarie clinic: closed for screening.
- Mobile screening vans: Kendell, Yamba and Kempsey are closed for screening. Kendall will resume screening on 2 June.
- Coffs Harbour, Tweed heads and Lismore clinics are open.
