- One or more specialist doctors will independently review your images, supported by the latest technology.
- You will receive the results of your breast screen in writing within two weeks. Your breast density will also be reported with your breast screen result.
- You can now receive your results by email. Learn more by visiting our FAQ page.
- With your permission, the results will also be sent to your doctor.
- If there is something on your breast screen that needs further investigation, you will be asked to attend an assessment clinic for further tests. Around 85% of women called back for further tests do not have breast cancer.1478 Learn more about further tests.
