We’re inviting clients to share feedback on their recent breast screening experience as part of our client experience survey launching in March 2026.
This survey is an important part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a high-quality, client-centred service. Your feedback will help us better understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.
What you need to know
- Some clients aged 40+ will receive a text message (SMS) from BREASTSCRN with a link to the survey.
- The survey will be sent 4–5 weeks after your breast screen appointment and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
- Two reminder messages will be sent to those who haven’t responded.
- Participation is voluntary, and you can opt out at any time.
- All responses are confidential and de-identified.
Available in multiple languages
To ensure we hear from a diverse range of clients, the survey will be available in several languages based on your preferred language recorded with us, including Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Greek and Italian.
Why your feedback matters
The last major survey was completed in 2017. Since then, we have introduced new features such as online booking, electronic invitations, machine reading and breast density reporting. This new survey will help measure how these changes are working and identify opportunities to improve the screening experience.
